July 2, 2009 given court date of July 20, which is no good, MOWA closed
June 25, 2009 Owen is cleared and adoption is back on!
May 12, 2009 Bad news, our case is delayed
May 7, 2009 update on weight-6kg!
April 14, 2009 court date set for June 2
April 2, 2009 Update on weight, 5.2kg, up from 4kg on March 3
March 24, 2009 referral of a 4 month old baby boy!
March 10, 2009 found out we we're #4 on "the list"
February 20, 2009 found out we're # 7 on "the list"
January 23, 2009 dossier reached orphanage in Ethiopia
January 16, 2008 sent dossier to Ethiopia
January 15, 2009 received dossier back from Washington
January 9, 2009 sent dossier to courier service for authentication in Washington
January 9, 2009 had dossier sealed by State of Michigan
January 5, 2009 - received I 171-H, immigration approval!
December 13 2008 - fingerprinted for i-600A
November 2008 submitted immigration approval application I-600A
Sept. - Nov. 2008 completed homestudy
August 28, 2008 Submitted formal application for international adoption
August 2008 - risk meeting with Adoption Associates Inc.
March - August 2008, prayed
March 2008 attended international adoption awareness meeting
